What is spaced repetition?

Spaced repetition is reviewing material at growing intervals — a day later, a few days later, a week later, and so on — so each review lands just as you start to forget. It is one of the most effective ways to move knowledge into long-term memory.

What review intervals should I use?

A common ladder is 1, 3, 7, 16, 35, then 90 days after first learning. The exact numbers matter less than the principle of expanding gaps. COSMIQ's tutor uses an FSRS-based scheduler that adapts to how well you actually recall each item.
